We do not have private parking, but there are several options. Street parking is 1,60€/hour and private parking can be from 13€/day up to 45€/day.

Can we request a room on a lower floor if there is any?
Our house is located on the 4th floor of the Largo do Carmo 15 building. Unfortunately, we do not have rooms on the lower floors.

I'll be arriving in the morning at 11am, would it be possible to drop our luggage before check in time?
Our usual check-in time is from 16h00, but we will do our best to have the room ready before that time. If this is not possible, we have a luggage room where we can store your suitcases until the room is ready.
Do you have rooms with 2 single beds?
Unfortunately we don't have twin beds in our place, as all of our rooms are equipped with a double queen size bed with 160 cm width.
Does deluxe suit has the balcony with the view as shown in the pictures?
